Security

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Protecting customer data is core to how we build Ocliq. This page describes the security practices we follow to keep your information safe.

Infrastructure

Ocliq is built on trusted cloud infrastructure providers including Google Cloud and AWS, designed for high availability and resilience.

Production systems are monitored and maintained with industry-standard operational practices.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms such as AES-256 where applicable.

Access controls

We use role-based access controls so team members only access data required for their role. Administrative access is restricted and audited.

Two-factor authentication and SSO options help protect customer accounts.

Backups and reliability

We maintain automated, redundant backups to reduce the risk of data loss and support business continuity.

Compliance alignment

Our security program aligns with SOC 2 practices and considers requirements under GDPR and PIPEDA for customers in Canada, the US, and the EU.

Reporting issues

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability, please contact us through our Contact page with details so we can investigate promptly.
